Project Description

The Optech project involved the construction and interior fit-out of 54,000 SF of office space and 6,000 SF of warehouse space. A modern contemporary design was incorporated with an all glass lobby highlighted with a signature skylight and passenger elevator. The building was designed to reflect the modern technology product that the company develops. The exterior of the building was constructed using pre-cast concrete with blue-tint glass panels.
